At Imaginatik we required somebody to help us improve our internal Notes/Domino infrastructure. It was important to us that we found a partner who could provide us with help at short notice, and build a long term relationship for outsourcing of our internal development. After extensive searching we came across Andrew, who had all the necessary skills, but also with very strong history and experience in the Notes/Domino field.
Imaginatik has a development team in house who concentrate on commercial software, so we know a thing or two about good development, and we can safely say that Andrew is a first class contractor. Andrew thinks about the requests we propose, and offers the best way forward, taking us through his proposed solutions, so that everybody is happy up front. But to our surprise Andrew is extremely flexible, and happy to adjust plans if we change our mind, he works with us all the way until the final solution is put in place. We have found his personal skills equally as good as his development ones. But the most beneficial thing Andrew gives us is the confidence to throw work his way, taking the load off of our resources, and to know that the task will be completed without fuss, and to a very high standard. After ten years in the Notes/Domino field, I can certainly say Andrew is one of the best contracting resources I've come across.
